You will learn why the build is the easy part and shipping small beats polishing forever, how to find the person with the problem before you build more of the wrong thing, how to charge money without fear and why the first paying customer teaches you more than a thousand free ones, and what it actually takes to launch and then live with a product you now own the uptime, the support, and the security of.
Taught in plain language with clear diagrams and honest examples, including the ones that fail. Each module blends a short video overview, illustrated lessons, a knowledge-check quiz, and a hands-on interactive activity, including a launch-day simulation where the temptation to build one more feature can cost you the whole thing.
